His extensive background in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, combined with leadership roles in some of Asia’s top orthopedic hospitals, gives him a unique edge in managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams. In Canada, Akshay has worked across private clinics and hospital settings, and he brings that knowledge into his current role to support both staff and patients.

At Swift Care, Akshay is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical functions, enhancing operational efficiency, implementing quality improvement protocols, and fostering a positive, results-driven clinic culture. He also plays an active role in organizing community wellness initiatives and events.
