Heema completed her graduation in Physiotherapy in 2017. She has extensive experience working in clinics after her graduation. Heema has been working as a consultant physiotherapist for various medical establishments across India, gaining extensive experience in treating different neurological and musculoskeletal ailments.

She moved to Canada in 2019 and successfully completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program. She obtained her Physiotherapy license in 2017 and is currently working as a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario.  She is certified in COMT (Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy), Functional Release Therapy, and Kinesio Taping. 

She is committed to providing quality care to her patients and strives to provide individualized treatment plans. She also focuses on educating her patients on self-care strategies to promote recovery and prevent future injuries. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
